Marie-Terese holds a Master Degree in Earthquake Engineering from Imperial College London in the UK and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada. Marie-Terese oversees design team decisions in addition to performing structural engineering duties (structural analysis and design, coordination of drafting, calculations and project administration) and supervising other engineers in the team. She has experience in performing structural condition assessments and has training in seismic evaluation of existing buildings. Marie-Terese is also heavily involved in the business development activities of the company.

Marie-Terese is a Registered Professional Engineer (Civil/Structural) in Saint Lucia. She is also a graduate member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Institution of Structural Engineers and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. 

In her spare time, Marie-Terese enjoys reading, carnival revelling and playing the piano.
